Can I change my delivery address ?

You may change your delivery address only if your order has not shipped yet, Please get in touch with our Customer Support team asap to amend your delivery details, before the order is booked with the Courier.

Once your order is booked we are unable to make any changes due to the security measures in place with our Couriers.

You can request an 'authority to leave' change with Australia Post directly as the receiver of the parcel.  Please sign up to the MyPost tool https://auspost.com.au/mypost/ to make changes.
